    How would this taste?

    1 can salmon - 0 carbs, 25 protein, 5 fat
    1 cup plain lowfat yogurt - 17 carbs, 13 protein, 4 fat
    1 oz frozen unsweetened blueberries - 3 carbs, 0 protein, 0 fat
    1 oz pumpkin seeds (pepitas) - 4 carbs, 8 protein, 4 fat
1 cup sweet potato (canned vacuum pack) - 42 carbs, 3 protein, 0 fat

    TOTAL 68 carbs, 49 protein, 13 fat (272, 196, 117 = 585 calories)

I'm trying to come up with a healthy snack/meal that takes no longer than 10 minutes to prepare, tastes good, packs into tupperware easily to eat later in the day, and is in the neighborhood of 55% carbs/25% protein/20% fat.

    Any ideas?

If you are going to mix that together, it sounds horrible.

Mix the salmon, pumpkin seeds and sweet potato.

Then have the yogurt and blueberries.
