    Milk, Oats and Protien

How do you guys feel about drinking a combination of 1 cup milk, 1 Cup oatmeal and 1 scoop of Whey 2-3 times a day to get the calories up and gain mass? I want my mass diet to be simple and easy to follow so I would eat 3 solid meals meaning, chicken, beaf, fish, potatoes, rice etc. and then drink 2 of these shakes or maybe even 3 depending on how many calories I need. I once saw some guys diet where he said he got 1000-1500 calories per day just from oatmeal. 1 cup of oats has like 400 calories and its dirt cheap. Is this a a good way to go about it?

Sure you can force you're self to down it and if it doesn't go right through you that's great!! I've even heard some people actually like oatmeal. Some people like yams too. YES! Maybe that will be the new thing... adding cooked yams in your shake. Oh wait..... let's here from all the people that love yams and oatmeal before I......

    Skim milk

if you use skim milk no problem. oats and protein shakes go together nicely, i use water though, but since your trying to gain, skim milk should be fine. just make sure the protein is double the carbs and youll be cool
