    What muscles get protein first??

After you work out, and have your protein meal/shake. Does it get distributed through all the muscles equally or does it go to the worked muscles groups first?

LOL, I don’t know, I would guess the muscles that have been worked the most are the ones to get protein 1st.

Good question, I have no clue. I imagine every part gets protein, but a higher percentage goes to the worked muscles. I know where the fat wants to go first though hehe.
