Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

This is a low calorie food that fills you up big time(broccoli,apples,beans) u can eat a pound of those for less calories than a candy bar

As long as you are getting adequate calories in, and proper training. Then there should be no concern about losing muscle mass. Go ahead and 2 or 5lbs of those foods, just make sure you reach your caloric requirements to grow.
