What does your current diet look like?

What are your current stats?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

fat in food doesnt make you fat. Taking in more calories than you'll use does. Do you know how many calories you take in daily? Do you know what your maintenance intake is. This is what you need to take in, in order to not gain or lose weight. You gotta figure this stuff out.

http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/di...intenance.html (Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance)

How does your workout look? how you many days you work out.
Are you taking any other supplements than whey protein?

I am not the expert but I do not think how many grams of meat you are eating matters. All that matters is your Protein/Carb/Fat intake. You want to make sure you are eating about 1g of Protein for your LBM and about .5 grams of Fat for your LBM.

Man read the stickies they have a couple of links to healthy cutting and bulking diets. But if you follow one of those diets make sure you know what your maintenance
is so you know how much cals you need to eat , remember if you have any gains you dont want to loose them, you have to work around and change things until it works for you.

No. we will not spoon feed you. If you are too lazy to even attempt to understand basic nutrition, then I hope you will be satisfied with shit progress.
