I dont want to lose bulk!

Basically my main concern with my cutting plan is just losing all my gains in the gym because of my diet. I'm afraid I'll loose a ton of weight and just look scrawny instead of cutt. I really dont want to loose my bulk too much because I worked so hard to gain 30 pounds last fall and winter. I understand that when cutting you have to loose some weight and I'm fine with that...I just dont want to do it wrong and later regret doing the diet because im just skin and bones. Any type of feedback would be awesome guys thanks.

    FYI: I'm 5-9 1/2 160 pounds

I have been enlightened recently to try the PSMF. It works. Perhaps you should try googling it. It's by Lyle McDonald.

I wouldnt do psmf unless i had to. Why not cut calories a few hundred below maintenance like everyone will tell you to try first. Height and Weight doesnt mean much. You need to count calories and nutrient totals to some extent.

Dude, if you're 5'-91/2" and 160...you're damn near skin and bones anyway.

You need not worry about a CUT for a while, unless you are at 50% BF.....even then, you'd be a pork rind.

    Freakin EAT......Jeeze.

    Bunch of anorexics..
