Post summer's over, less careful about diet?

Now that summer's over, is everyone less careful about diet selection and gaining some fat. I know that I'm eating more, and tend to cheat more often now, instead of maybe one cheat meal a week, it's more like 2 or 3, like on the weekends. My favorite cheats lately have been cheescake and going out for greasy breakfasts!!

Actually, I have always been a little backwards.

It's hard for me to stay strict and work-out hard during the summer. Maybe because of the heat, and drinking beer!

I tend to get stricter with my diet, and more dedicated to my work-outs in the fall/winter.

I'm with Prince. Nice weather brings out the hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, chips, and beer. Now that summer is over, my diet will become healthier once again. I am also starting to get in shape for a 24 hour bike race, so I need to watch what I eat.

It's hard to say "NO MORE." You know it's a weakness of mine.

Your body naturally stores more fat through the winter so I like to stay on a strict diet during the colder months.

I agree w/ Prince. The only time I drink beer is summer. And I don't like to look chunky while I'm bulking or even maintaining so I still count
