Hi all
I think I have not Idea how many calories I eat every day, I cannot count them because do not know what food contains how much. I know those who have label, but I also eat bananas, meat, potatoes which are bought without package in market so I do not know how much do they contain.
can anyone provide me with the table where there are major foods represented. For example how much proteins/carbs/fats calories 100 gr contains of each food
