Need to modify my PWO shake

As of right now...this is my Post workout shake:

2 scoops Dynamtize Whey - 48g protein
1 scoop Phosphagen HP - 5g creatine, 35g carbs (Dextrose)
3/4 cup Quick Oats - 34g carbs

Right now I'm cutting, and figured maybe it would be more beneficial to cut out the sugar (dextrose) from the Phosphagen HP i've taken for years. I've cut with it before, and had good results, but I feel I may get even better ditching it.

Heres a few questions:

1. Is there any time of creatine that doesn't need sugar to be absorbed properly, that I can just toss in my shake?

2. Should I keep taking creatine all through my cut?

3. What carb source can I use to replace the 35g of carbs from the dextrose?

4. Is it beneficial to take out the dextrose while I'm cutting?

Thanks guys.

1. CEE

2. Sure, probably a good idea.

3. Oats, Skim Milk

4. That is a personal choice. If you are making decent progress with dextrose, then why change, you could try and see how a lower GI carb source works for you.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

check out SciFit Kre Alk, it works great for me and has a much faster absorption time than any other creatine
