diet /work out plan help
looking to see if anybody could help me start up a diet plan on what certain foods to eat and a good workout plan to do daily some info about me im 18, 6'3 ,208 pounds and hopefully i wanan loose 30-40 pounds and some good muscle enhancing or fat burning pills that i can take while i do this that would help me let me no i would appricate it

read the stickies!!! a few times each. make up a plan and post it for the people on the board to review. you dont need any muscle enhancing or fat burning pills, you need a good diet(ensure that you are eating below maintenance) and you need to train hard in the gym. no matter what anyone here might try and tell you, you dont need to do cardio in order to lose fat. if you wish you can do some cardio training, but losing weight is about calorie restriction and heavy lifting, not 'the fat burning zone'.
also how long have you been training and do you have any idea about your body fat%? |
