Tonight I resist the temptations of grits and butter peas.
We offerred Jerk chicken and grits (butter, cheese, and heavy cream grits) sausage, peppers & onions....
and a Southern style Vegetable plate with butter peas (lima beans), black eyed peas, corn, squash patties, and tomatoes.

3 eggs + 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheese + 1 serving cottage cheese + 3 spoonfuls of salsa + 3 cups steamed veggies (broccoli, squash, asparagus)
1/3 cup oatmeal + 1/8 cup raisins + cinnamon + sugar-free vanilla coffeemate

Why do you drink 2 gallons of water every day? I mean, precontest week, okay, but EVERY day?

I weight lifted for an hour and practiced football 3 hours a day in the 100 degree heat, and I didn't need to drink half that much. I think you might be over doing it with the evidence being how many times you are pissing at night. The benefits from the water couldn't possibly outweigh the negative affects of having your sleep disturbed repeatedly.
Just a thought you know, take it with a grain of salt.
