Tonights Dinner
What you guys eat tonight?
Soft Taco's Whole Wheat soft shells 0 Fat Fat Free refried beans Fat free cheese Fat free sour cream Lean ground beef cooked then rinsed with hot water Then boiled five minutes rinsed again. lettuce. What a treat! |

BBQ chicken, green peppers, and onions grilled up on my Foreman grill. Brushed in olive oil, with a boiled sweet potato.

Negative.
No pop tarts and cookies. well, there have been days.... Meisterbrau sucks. Tonight I resist the temptations of grits and butter peas. We offerred Jerk chicken and grits (butter, cheese, and heavy cream grits) sausage, peppers & onions.... and a Southern style Vegetable plate with butter peas (lima beans), black eyed peas, corn, squash patties, and tomatoes. |

I weight lifted for an hour and practiced football 3 hours a day in the 100 degree heat, and I didn't need to drink half that much. I think you might be over doing it with the evidence being how many times you are pissing at night. The benefits from the water couldn't possibly outweigh the negative affects of having your sleep disturbed repeatedly.
Just a thought you know, take it with a grain of salt. |
