Protein Bar
I was looking on the internet for inexpensive protein bars and I came across this homemade one
How to Make a Homemade Protein Bar What do you guys think of this bar? Is it worth it to make some of these or should I stick with the Snickers Marathon bars that I currently use. Also, when is the best time to eat protein bars? right after workout? before bed? breakfast? |

If those snickers bars weren't so damn delicious I'd agree with Prince on not eating them

Well they are both the same health wise when you are talking about protein (well depending on which power you use) but the bars may have other things added in them which might not be as healthy so the powder is probably the best bet. However there are so many powers out there you sometimes have to be careful about which one you choose the one which I have found really amazing and to have a good taste is called cytosports Complete Whey Protein. I would highly reccomend it. At the bottom I have left you the link for it and another link for information on protein powders.
Hope this helps |
