    Bars

im going to college this semester and im looking for an alternative meal replacement to take with me to school?

so im considering making a batch of mrB's (meal replacement bars?)
obviously more than just one batch...

id like to keep my ingredients all natural!
so id like to have something homemade
(in other words im not to hyped about myoplex deluxe bars and muscle milk bars etc.)

i know this is a subject that comes up all the time, and a simple search on google im sure would bring up hundreds of sources

    BUT
    what are your favorite recipes?

    and nutritional info?

if you're looking for a commercial product I recommend the following two:

There used to be a cool place called Penrods on South Miami Beach.....

Oh, wrong kind of bars....my bad.

I was using Marathon low carb or EAS AdvantEdge bars in a pinch.

But, if time permits, I'd go with one of the recipes. Just buy an easybake oven or something.

    thanks for the suggestions

    and the link

my parents live pretty close to the university (40 miles)

so i have access to an oven, a kitchen aid, cheap grocery stores, freezer etc.
ill probably be spending saterday and/or sunday nights at home, and my mom loves helping me with my diet.

no need for a easy bake oven... haha
