Your Training from the looks of it is over kill... break down your program
So you diet is Protein and a small amount of fats only, no Carbs? No Veggies? Good luck What is the total Caloric intake of that diet per day? What does your typical diet look like? Do you plan on doing any refeeds? I would say you are biting off more then you can chew. 16 weeks is a lot of time to drop some weight.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

How would you break down the program?
I've got 55 lbs to lose in 16 weeks. I'm going to add veggies with the chicken, and maybe some at dinner. There are some carbs in the whey protien that I am taking. I think it is a program I can stick to - It's going take work though. |

What are you doing on each day?
What exercises make up these days? Sets? Reps? Rest Intervals? Is the program periodized? How long does the program last?

You try that program you'll hit a wall in about...oh...two days.
I like the enthusiasm though. Welcome! Good for you for trying to live the healthy lifestyle. Read the stickies at the top of the training/diet and nutrition forums. That's the first step. |

The diet looks like a PSMF, but the training doesn't match it.
Bud, you need to drop fat in a hurry, try Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss. Lyle McDonald - The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook Believe me when I say you need to take advantage of the discovery others have done. You try to follow your plan, you gonna wanna die!
