Anabolic ><Low carb What's the difference?

I've read several articles that reference these two ways of dieting but they seem to be rehashed hash and sometimes the basics aren't explained clearly/completely.

    I know what low-carb means.
But what is anabolic and how is it different from low-carb?
Why would you do one over the other? Does it matter?

iv been on keto/anabolic for both cuts and bulks now. absolutly love it but its not for the weak of heart when it comes to dieting. the diff is in the amount of fats and carbs you eat. with low carb your usually cycling carbs between 50-150g on low days and 250+ on high days. also fats are not as high on low carb as keto. with keto you basically run on fats for energy instead of eaten carbs
