You could give the "go to google" response to every single question on here - and Google would probably dump him or her into a forum much like this one.
Your thyroid is not something you can check yourself and it means a trip to your doctor. However what puzzles me is why you think you're burning 4,097 calories a day?
If you go a full week at 2700 cals and there is no noticable change in your weight then I'll tell you how many cals you're burning:
2700.
If your weight is creeping up then the only thing you can say for certain is that you're burning less than 2700. I produce diet software myself and love playing with formulas and so on - but there is no formula that can tell you EXACTLY how many calories you're actually burning beyond studying your intake. Monitoring the actual input then comparing to your results is always more accurate.
Ignore whatever fitday is telling you you're burning, it's obviously wrong and that figure is somewhat irrelevant anyway; it's what you consume that matters, for if low on cals you'll tend to slow down a bit, spend more time on the sofa etc. Monitor your input then reduce it by around 15% or so and see how you get on.
