    Efa ?

    I heard EFA help absord protein and keep it from wasting.

    I was wondering, what is it? How do i get it? How much should i be taking a day?

    Taking fats or carbs w/ your protein will keep it from being used as energy, yes....here is a good thread explaining what EFA's are. How much you need depends on various other things...your BW, what your diet consists of, etc...w/o searching, I think DP said 1 tbsp flax per 35 lb of BW...but I have to double check, I could be way off

    speaking of Udo....i'm out of flax.

    should i get flax again or Udo's? i think i read that if you are getting fat from other sources in your diet than to go with flax instead? i have safflower mayo, some egg yolk sometimes, pb on carb ups twice weekly, beef etc for fat sources.

    would either be fine?
