I....want...food!

I have been so hungry lately!

I have mainly been maintaining, working out 3-4 times a week (mixing in heavy/moderate weights with diff rep ranges, circuits, etc) while playing high intensity sports 2-3 times a week, and in the past 1-2 weeks, my appetite has skyrocketed.

My willpower is being overcome by intense cravings for all things food! although, it has been mainly fat/protein... it is not uncommon for me to go on a 9pm raid after eating 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior and eat 2-4 slices of turkey breast, a large cup of milk/choco milk, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and any type of home cooked meat if we have it (lately its been barbequed chicken, kalamari (fried in olive oil and anything else i can get my hands on.

I am still around 193-195, although I was down to 190 about 3-4 weeks ago. Do you think that this is my body trying to get me back to 195 or worse yet... 200+ lbs? I am doing what I can, but lately my willpower has been sapped and I have been giving in.

Do any of you ever get this way, and what do you do to get out of the slump? This is the first time in over 4-5 months my body has been questioning my authority, and im getting sick of it trying to boss me around.

right now? i havent been tracking lately, but id estimate anywhere between 2500-3000... its just so damn counterproductive, i could be fine all day, and then I get home and it just hits me... one trip to the fridge and 500 calories later, im over my deficit/maintenance for the day and back at square one.

I AM hittin the weights pretty good, so I am not too worried about gaining a couple pounds as my body puts on muscle easy. However, I need to do SOMETHING to combat this surge of snacking as of late.

Estimate? what if its 2200? With sports three times a week and youre in a hole. I would track my intake before you start going backwards here. Hows your current body fat%...estimate? Plus, youre 19....right?

Based on this post and your last post in the diet form I think you need to start counting your cals.
If you monitor your intake closely its easier to stay in your range. Your prolly not getting even close to what you think you are.
