Insulin To The Max
At what point does the raise on insulin stop fat loss?
If was to have 10 grams of sugar of the insulin was rasied to the point of fat loss stopage Wouldnt it be the same as a 100 grams of sugar? What is the amount of sugar that can raise a persons insulin to the max? Tell me if you dont understand these questions. ![]() |

It would depend on a person's insulin sensitivy! Each person being different and haveing a different metabolism and predisposition as to how insulin is going to react in their body.
The bigger question would be, how much of that 10 grams or 100 grams is going to be stored as glycogen.....or turned into BF? (also take into account circulating serum glucose and the upcoming insulin reaction) DP |
