Raise your hand if you have a problem getting adequate carbs on an off day....

If you can't keep your calories up then consume whatever you need. Is this your case on your off days, you can't keep your calories high enough? This is a rarity if so. Get some decent fats, peanut butter, olive oil. They're denser in calories. I, myself would prefer lower carbs on off days but I can't do it usually. If youre on a bulk, I dont understand why you can't keep your calories up on an off day. Unless you're just one of those people who don't like eating.

yyea i see wat your saying, i am on a bulk so it is pretty easy to keep my calories up, but there are times when im in back to back classes for 4 hours and i was wondering if it was alright to sip on a carbo force even if my workout was early that morning?

I was gonna say I would try to make that closer to workout time but if youre on a bulk then whatever. Are you just cramming or are you still trying to count your calories and macs for a specific target area. If you've already worked out then sipping for a while afterwards should be a decent idea if you feel like you can't, wont or didnt get what you needed. Good carbs and protein before and after the workout if I'm on a bulk. If I can help it that is.

maltodextrin is a shitty carb source. Try to eat whole food (oats or potatoes), or if you must drink something quick, I'd recommend muscle milk or an optiplex bar.
