    diet issues...

Hey...so that ground chicken didnt work out great, dont do it....It was way t freaking dry and it started crumbling up (im sure chicken crumbs dont make good protein sources).....So im going back to my regular diet which consists of two solid meals and 4 liquid meals every day...the solid meals are subway sandwhiches try this: wheat 6inch double grilled chicken breast, no cheese, mayo mustard and green vegies -- 500 calories, 44 protein, 40 carbs --
the main reason I eat this everyday is becasue its so freaking convenient since I spend a lot of time at work and dont really like to cook in advance, plus the subway feels like a cheat meal and keeps me sane...Its also 240 dollars a month which is equal to my grocerie bill if I was to buy food every week......My other sourcec come from MRP's Muscle milk before bed and whey protein with oats in the moring....Total calls a day: 2320, Protein 240, carbs 170 ...... Im trying to cut a few pounds right now and Im concerned wiht the carbs...anyone think that that is too many carbs???

Subway is not going to work out on a cut. I used to work out of a van, what I would do is drive to the grocery store and hit the deli up and keep a loaf of bread in the van.

This subject has been discussed a million times here but subways meat is way too processed and the bread is not fresh regardless of what they say. One foot long sub has a days worth of sodium. Id only eat subway on a bulk or if I was desperate.

hmmmmmmm.....you have a good point DAMNIT! the only things that bothers me wiht subway is that thier "grilled chicken" tasted like chicken nugests from MC'D's........I think the bread is ok and the veggies excelent..........But its so damn convenient and easy...500 cals perfect for a meal...
