This might be dumb question.. i plan to go on a keto run for 7 to 14 days and i was planning on taking Co-Q 10 with L-carnitine, in it has 4g carbs and 2g sugar, would that throw me off ketosis i know i got to stay under 29g carbs ,,,please any help appreciate!!![]()

im doing to drop some stubburn fat around midsection,,,im 5'6" w-155 leanmass 126 ,, training 4 days a week at 5:00 morning 1) shouldres & traps..HIIT after work (afternoon) 2) chest & triceps ,,HIIT later in the day ..3)legs & abs no cardio..4)back & biceps ,,HIIT,, be doing slow cardio on 2 of 3 days off ..calories are 1500 a day about 240 g. protein,, 60 g.healthy fats, and 20g. carbs any advice will appreciate,,,, thank you built and merkaba


You had better rethink your strategy.
4 days a week training, HIIT after each workout, keto rations, super low calories... you gonna lose SIZE...
Your diet sounds like PSMF. On PSMF, you reduce your training volume to two or at most three short heavy workouts a week, no HIIT and perhaps some walking to help with appetite suppression.
At your level of bodyfat (low) you'll also have a two-day carbup at the end of 12 days. Read Lyle McDonald for more.
