While doing a search on estrogenic effects of soy I came accross this article, which is a reprint from Elite Fitness. I thought it would be an interesting read to everyone and would appreciate comments from the more knowledgeable members.

'is anti-estrogenic' - about SOY protein. Probably a tricky way of wording the fact that it can bind to estrogen receptors (thus anti-estrogenic)... mean while this binding causes an pseudo-estrogen effect anyway.
Did a ctrl+f 'estrogen' and this was the first thing that came up, so it took me around 5 seconds to decide that article was crap.

most of these stories about the above have been debunked as it were. BTW-is soy protein considered a fast or slow protein? Was wondering about that.
