Papaya is fraking goooooooooood, especially mixed wiht other extic fruits, juces and lots of liquer at the beach!!! -- But thats not good for ya![]()
I dont see why youd shouldnt enjoy a papaya or two a day, unless you are on a contest diet which im asuming your not...I would eat it as part of a breakfast or a hour before wokring out..try to get ur fruits in early in teh day due to carbs...
