    Need advice on bulking up!

I've done alot of research but would like to hear what I need to do to bulk up. I'm 155lbs and about 20 lbs underweight. I realize it's going to be eat, eat, eat, but what? What would be a typical one day schedule to follow and I'm lost on alot of types of foods that are "healthy" and what to stay away from. Some advice please....thanks!

Start by reading the stickies in D&N. There is a lot of information there. Start with this one.

Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

After that, design a diet plan and post it. People will critique it and tell you how to improve it.
