    microwave meal suggestions...

Let me paint a picture for you: I have to take microwave stuff to work now because I have limited access to the kitchen. I Move back in with family and they keep saying they are going to get better about eating right. So no luck. I'm getting crafty to make the dinners we all have that are sensible for me. Work...well...not so much. What are some microwave meal ideas that are at least semi healthy? Or do I have to be crafty again and double up on the dinners I make the night before so I can have left overs?

Got a Costco? They have some Kirkland canned chicken in water and broth that tastes pretty damn good. Canned tuna, cottage cheese, oatmeal, fruit. Buy a rice cooker for like 30$ and you can make a nice chicken, rice, and veggies dish in addition to other things like potatoes.

You can do quite a lot.
