    crit my cycle diet plz

i eat good quality whole foods... very little sugar and preservatives. I get plenty of sleep. Will be starting a (well informed and prepared)12 week AAS cycle in 2 weeks

Trained for 4 years in high school reached 160
Trained off and on ever since graduating high school
eating right for the last 6 years

    currently
    training consistently for 1 year
    ectomorph body type (skinny bastard)
    29 y.o.
    165 lbs
    6'
very low body fat (single digits %)
calories - 3000-4000+ seems like if i eat over 4000 i just shit a lot.
    fat/protien/carbs
    25/30/45
    24/28/47
casein shakes, creatine cycles, tried just about everything.

any DIET advice before i start my cycle?

That seems like plenty of cals to bulk on for your weight, you should be good there. Just make good food choices thru out the day.

Its also good to end the day with some cottage cheese or casien protein before bed. Make sure to get plenty of omega 3s and green veggies.

Have you ever counted cals before? 4000 is hard to do, you'll find that out fast.

Post up the grams, not the percentages

    Eat more fat.

Not sure exactly what your goals are but I would up the protein and bit and lower the carbs a bit to make them a little more level. With 3300+ calories I would assuming you are trying to bulk right?
