    Normal to be less hungry on the kind of diet that requires refeeds?

    Is it normal? I've been eating much less when i'm on this diet, doesnt pose a problem but i was just afraid maybe i'm losing some muscle mass?

    No, don't worry about it as it's perfectly normal. Your body is just getting used to the idea of drawing energy from your fat reserves again, like it used to before you got into the typical high carb modern diet.

    You may also feel yourself feeling a bit warmer and with more energy, plus more thirsty than normal.

    It just means it's working
