    i dont really know the exact nutritional info for deer meat, but i am a big hunter and it is pretty good. i know it is much lower in saturated fat and would be a better choice than beef in some cases. pretty damn tasty too!

    found this online. 1 oz has 33 calories, 1g fat, 24 mg of cholesterol, 6g of protein. so a 4oz serving would do your muscles some good

    I don't hunt, but my roommate does, and he hunts at some hunting club, ill have to find out and let you know.

    If you go their you can enter deer meat and the calories will pop up. I think Elk is also mentioned.
