Hi
Anyone here ever use Nuttelex as a fat source? I think its only available in Australia.
Its kind of like a butter substitute/margarine except made from sunflower oil and has added viatmins in it (A,D2,E). I add it to spinach and/or my sweet potatoes. Awesome stuff.
Per 100g, it has 49g fat of which 22.6g are poly's, saturated and mono are roughly 13g and bugger all trans fat.
I normally use two teapsoons of the stuff.
Do you guys think this is ok as a fat source? i alternate between fish oil caps and nuttelex with my meals.
heres a link to the product
