    Hypothyroidism

Hey guys, all my life I've had a slow metabolism until a couple of months ago my thyroid has kicked into high gear and now I am burning calories like no tomorrow... and losing weight including muscle. So should I start increasing my carbs more? I am starting to feel I have been turned into an ectomorph lol... So the key for ecto's is carbs right?

I stopped smoking weed, and did a few cleanses including colon, liver, kidney, blood and parasite. The other thing I did was take Hydro Lean which is sort of like an ECA stack but slightly different (same idea though). I have never been the same since the Hydro Lean, it did a number on my system lol.

    Yes, go for carbs.

I'm curious, do you feel warmer at all?

Are those colon cleanses worth it? I've heard that one commercial repeatedly, speaking about 'waste trapped in the colon walls like spackle or paste' - kinda gross, but always makes me curious.

I asked the "do the cleanses work?" question awhile ago and there were some positive responses.

My impression is you need to pay for the good stuff. Cheaper one's just make you dump a lot, which you could do with Exlax.

Actually scouring the colon takes a bit more. As for liver detox and all that, certainly worth investigating but I haven't done so as enough to offer a firm opinion.

I ask about the OP feeling warm because in theory if the metabolic rate has gone up then so should the heat production. As such I'm curious as to the effects?

chronicelite, have you had your thyroid tested? Wild fluctuations like this can indicate real problems, such as Hashimoto's.

Not saying this is YOU, but you need to get a doctor to order some tests.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
