    Please Help: diet adjustment?

I think I need to add some more protein, but would like suggestions. I am trying to cut about 10 more lbs of fat.

Macros (Over a typical two week period):
    Fat: 59 g (29%)
    Carbs: 185 g (40%)
    Protein: 137 g (32%)

    7am:
1 cup cereal and skim milk OR 2 eggs and ~6 strawberries

    10am:
1 container fat free yogurt, banana

    Workout @ 12pm

    1:30pm:
chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato

    3:30pm:
apple and low fat string cheese stick

    7-8pm:
chicken breast or salmon or pork tenderloin or beef tenderloin
salad with olive oil and vinegar
    mixed vegetables

you could always get more protein by adding a whey protein powder into your diet... good to see you're trying to get your protein from real food though... tuna, cottage cheese and egg whites in a carton are other ways to get your protein intake up...

I guess I should mention as well I'm 5'11" and about 180 lbs. I'd like to get to 170. By my BF scale (I know this isnt extremely accurate) its about 16%. From what I've read, I need to add about 30-40 g of protein daily to my diet, is that about right?
