

So out of curiosity (and yes, maybe driven by my horrendous sleep habits) I've been doing a bit of research into fatigue from lack of sleep and its effects on metabolism (as compared to fatigue from training).
I've found some interesting stuff, but I wanted to see what some of the more resourceful members here think since I'm pretty bad at filtering through the information on sites like pubmed - I find it difficult to pinpoint what I'm looking for on sites like that since a lot of the research is pretty deep.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?


Off the top of my head, fatigue contributes to IR, cortisol production and appetite.
