ok guys two years ago i was 215lbs and then i got lazy and now im a fat ass!!!im up to 265 and i want to get back to 215 maybe even 200.i dont know a thing about diets so if somebody could lay me out one i would greatly appreciate it, and here are some pics of before and after,the skinny pic is me before i got lazy and fat pic is from thanksgiving this year.i dont know my bf% i just did a online calculate and it says 28 i dunno maybe some of you could guess for me,anyway im starting today and im not ever letting myself get like this again"i even got up this morning and ran for 20 min and thought i was going to die lol" ill post progress pics every three weeks so you guys can tell me if im making any progress,also just picked up a cycle of clen to help me along.

3. Go to fitday.com set up an account, everyone here will tell you to anyways because...
4. You need to know how many calories youre eating to know what your maintenance intake is, when you don't lose or gain, and to know your carbs, fats, proteins, fiber, etc.
5. Its a pain in the ass at first but you get used to it.
6. You don't need to do cardio to lose weight. You don't even have to exercise. However yes its easier and more beneficial to you if you do. But You don't need to do alot or it can have adverse effects.
