Been away a while, due to changing job and not really having time to do much @ all.
Revised diet
1: 3 whole eggs (poached)
1 cup of oats made with milk
2 slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter
fruit
mug of coffee
1 glass of orange juice
2: Whey in milk with fruit
3:Chicken salad with balsamic vinegar, sesame and olive oil dressing
4:Same as 2
5:chicken/lean pork/ beef/ cod with rice/baked sweet potato & veggies
6:Either same as 2&4 or four scoops of n large 2 mixed with milk.
All good? ideas and suggestions welcome
