    Another bulking question(no head banging please)

    Ok, I'm on a bulk and doing good. Eating anywhere from 500-800 calories over maintenance. Split is 40/40/20. I do carb cycle.

    My question is probably pretty basic:

    Do I need to eat that many calories on my off days(non training days) or should I be eating less those days? Right now I'm only eating a little over maintenance on the non training days. Is that a mistake? should I be eating the same amount as I eat on training days?

    Training is 4 days a week

    Ratios are pretty meaningless, but I'm glad you're over maintenance. You don't grow in the gym - you grow at home. Are you gaining weight?

    Have gained about 11 lbs in 3 months. Couldn't do anything upper body the whole month of november as I had tendonitis in my wrist.

    Gaaaah I'm dealing with a problem with my right brachialis, believe me when I say I feel your pain.

    Are you still making gains? You could gain a LITTLE faster than this. Maybe increase your calories by two or three hundred.

    So eat more on all days? Doesn't matter if it is training versus non training days. Is that right?
