    Destram,

The answer for most people is C. The majority of your diet should be fat and protein when trying to lose fat. Set protein at a reasonable level (1 gram per pound of lean body mass), and eat enough fat to satisfy your appetite (a 50/50 fat and protein split is good). You need to eat fat to burn fat!

You will also need to eat some carbs or you will eventually lose mass. I like DP's carb ups on Saturday and Sunday nights, or post workout once a week and again before bed. Make sense?

There is a simple rule “To lose weight you have to burn more calories than your caloric intake” I don’t know if this is the answer to everyone but I have always heard that…

For you folks trying to lose weight, make sure to cut out crap like sodas and other sugar items that people seem to drink like water.

Nick, I'm in the same boat you are I believe. Although I have put on 4 pounds in the last 4 weeks, I still can't lose the last inch of fat surrounding my waist. I work out for an hour a day 5x a week. On Tusday's and Thursday's I do 30 minutes of HIT on the bicycle. My next step is a thermogenic. I keep my carbs down to about 80 grams a day for 3 days then laod on the 4th (200-230gm). I did los about 4 pounds this way but right ow I 'm stuck as well. Hope you find a solution.

Nick don’t get so desperate man… Changes will come if you keep working hard, About the thermogenics IMO we are too young to use that stuff give more time before you decide to use them. Take it easy

Do you have your diet posted somewhere? Why do you start a journal so we can help you. I know J'bo was helping you, but maybe if you start a journal the rest of us can pick up where she left off.
