How can I get a good shape?
I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

Eat, Eat, eat, and have a solid workout plan!
The shape will come, it takes time

You could always buy a good MRP (meal replacement product) myloplex or just like. Throw a cup of oats into a bowl pour over a serving of protein shake of your choice, and dig in with a spoon.

marry...you sound like a marry too, why the hell did you name ourself marry?....Oh, well, I named mysself questionguy because when I first started out I ordered me this "legal" gain cycle and was so paranoid about sideeffects, one of the guys who sold it on the phone called me queestionguy because I constantly had questions and called them up...loooong time ago........You need to have some confidence, if you believe that you are something special others will too..........................If you are really skinny and have those genetics then you are in luck (can you see your abs?) the reason im asking is to make sure that you are not one of those "skinny fat" guy that just dont have any muslce at all....I would start out wiht lfting, wihtin a month you will see whats called "newbee gains" that will give you motivation to continue, plus did we mention to eat?...If I were you, id go to costco and buy me a whole chicken everyday, its cheap and conventient and eat a whole chicken everyday along wiht other foods like wheat bread and all the veggies you can get in! try that for starters...

You do realise that there are fat people out there who are really envious of your shape. Learn to love you for yourself. By all means bulk up a bit, but changing how you look isn't the way to achieve happiness.Try smiling at everyone. Some people will think that you're mad and some people will smile back. One day, a real hottie will smile back. I'm nearly 54 and I still flirt with hotties (see avi pic)!
