Starting a fresh

Mass gain diet
Meal 1: 3 egg omlette w/ mushrooms 1 scoop of ON whey mixed w/oats made with milk
1 capsule ZMA and one multivitamin Meal 2/post workout: Maximuscle Progain extreme shake Meal 3: 1/2 can of red salmon, two slices wholemeal bread cream cheese + one piece of fruit Meal 4same as 2 Meal 5lean chicken/beef/turkey/fish 1 cup of rice/palm sized baked potato +green veggies Meal 6 1 cup of cottage cheese on ryvita Pre workout maximuscle maxi power# Aiming for 3 ltrs of water a day minimum + coffee in the morning and diet soda in the day. Weekends relax a little with a takeaway or a few beers. How am I looking?

No idea.....go to fitday, post this food and find out your total cals, protein, carbs and fat.
Also maximuscle is a waste of money. I used to use their products, before I knew better. From what I can remember their progain products dont even contain that many calories. Go to myprotein.com and get some cheap whey, will do exactly the same thing. |
