    Hey Dr. Pain

    In my quest to eventually take over the Alpha Male position around here... I was wondering if you could post what your average day's worth of meals looks like on both cutting and bulking days. This would be a ton of help to me, thanks bro

    360 P, 40 C, 120 F

    2580 calories

    Water 5-6 Liters (not done yet)

    BW 208 down form 210.5 on Friday
    BF...mid sevens

    Craps: two (so far)
    Orgasms: TMI (too much info)
    Poeple who can't walk tomorrow...only two
