its probably my first time actually getting serious into this stuff. but i'm going to bulk up. i've got all my calories calculated but......i'm just scared to bulk in fear of gaining fat. i used to be extremely fat and i promised myself i'll never be in that state again. right now i'm quite okay with just some fat and slighlty muscular for my age.

I am in the same boat as you man. Once you get used to the idea of it though youll really like it. just slowly build up your calories til the muscle starts to pack on dude, youll be happy you did!
