Newbie needs emergency 10 day fitness plan

First let me say im a newbie to these forums but i have been registered for a while.. I need your help

Im going down south in 10 days.. and my priority is having good body shape. Ultimately i know i cant do much in 10 days but ultimately i want to minimize the chubby look my body has because of the fat in lower stomach and love handles.

I have good shape except lower stomach and love handles.

Im 20, 187lb 33% fat 45% water based on my scale (cheap, not trustable)
    picture attached

My goal is to be as "fit looking" as i can possibly be given my situation by the in the 10 day time frame.

I started hitting the gym daily 2 weeks ago. After about year of "every now and then" gym workouts.

For the past 2 weeks i also started these supplements and diets to help

-Cabbage soup diet (Suppossed 10 lb/week loss, not followed strictly because i felt i needed to add protein because of workouts)
    [for info Wikipedia Cabbage_soup_diet]
-Creatine monohydrate (1 table spoon + 1 table spoon dextrose)
    -ZMA
    -Tribulus
-Novedex XT ( anti aromatase test booster)

I have access to a treadmill at home that i have used in the past 2 weeks about 3 times a week for 20-30 minute jogs. i need advice on pace, duration and number of sessions.

At the end of those 2 weeks i took a break from the cabbage soup diet but continued the gym and the supplements.

Results from those 2 weeks were: about 5 lb weight loss (regained in break) but noticeable improvement in body shape (arms, shoulders, chest, back). Now this is a good stared but i expected more. So maybe im doing somethings inefficiently.

So now this is where i hope the forum comes in.

I need help developing a 10 day plan with the goal of losing as much weight as possible for the purpose of looking as fit as possible given the time limitations. All suggestions are welcome. Should i ditch the supplements, so i run more, should i stop working out and just focus on diet?..
