    Unsweetened Iced tea

I know about the whole caffeine/coffee/nutrasweet debate...but I was wondering if I HAD to make a choice and drink one or the other, which is better:
Diet Coke or Unsweetened Iced Tea w/ ONE sweetnlow

The reason I ask is sometimes I get an urge for something sweet, drinking one of the above would sadly satisfy my craving. So I was just wondering which is better for you...

AND DP don't say "Neither drink water" !!

Go for the T (and A)!!!

Assuming it's homemade, (iced) tea has lots of great health properties- too many to list. Go for a green tea and mint combo, or black or whatever. It's all good, babe!

Diet coke is not only bad because of the sweet taste/insulin issue, but the citric/phosphoric acid may have an adverse effect on fat metabolism. Even if it doesn't slow your metabolism, it definately leeches calcium from your bones! Not to mention the health effects of artificial flavors and colors.

In iced tea, if you have to use a sweetner...Stevia works best!
