    regaining lost muscle

Over the past few years i recently had to loose weight but most of my weight was muscle. I went from 120 to 182 in 4 years. Now i'm 5'11 140. Today i've started my eating to gain weight plan, earlier this week i started my lifting to gain muscle plan. Today i'm in the middle of eating, 250 grams of carbs, 200 grams of protein and 150 grams of fat. I want to gain at least 30 pounds this year or more if that's possible. The foods i eat are, steak, pork chops, chicken, peanut butter, almost all kinds of fruit and veggies. How many calories would i have to eat to gain 1 pound a week? And how much water should i drink a day?

i stand corrected, ideally you should be drinking 2.9 litres of water a day, females should aim for 2.2 litres, but more fluid intake during training or exercise
