    Question Non-training day nutrition

I was wondering how you guys eat on non-training days? Today is my rest day. Should I still eat 5-6 times today? I ate scrambled eggs (4 egg whites, 2 yolks), some whole wheat bread and strawberries. I was planning on a protein shake in a few hours w/ 2 scoops, half a banana and a spoon of PB. Then I was planning on having some tuna mixed w/ mayo and a sweet potato. Then maybe another shake or one of my delicious homemade protein bars! yummm. Then some sort of meat, prob. chicken and rice or something, hey i got options here!

So what do you think? Should I eat less cuz it's an off day? or just as much??

Eat the same...just cause you're not working out that day doesn't mean you're not recovering from your w/o's still!

your non-training days are more important than your training days because your body needs the proper nutrition for recovery and growth.
