    Colon Cleansing

    Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has done a colon cleanse and whether it was affective or not? If it was, what products should I use?

I am asking because I heard that cleansing the colon helps speed up the fat loss process, along with many other benefits.

    Thanks ;o)

I tried the one from Dr. Nutura? about three years ago. Yes, I still remember those nasty strange things came out of me. I am not so sure if those things were came from me or created by the product itself. It cost me over 100 dollars for two or three months supply. Since then I have been using Colon Pure from GNC. It is made from purified psyllium husk and costs only 14 dollars. It makes me go two to three times daily if I use two teaspoons a day.

I have never been fat in my life so I didn't worry about fat loss. Yes it feels good to get rid of those rotten foods from your tummy several times a day.

    hope it helped.

No data on colon cleansers for fat loss. Any weight lost is likely water weight...

Everybody wants some easier way, some magic help. Hell I'm sure a clean colon will help with way more than fat loss. No need to repeat what occurs in order to target fat stores in the body.

A big scoop of powdered linseeds + loads of fluids gives the colon a good "whoosh" every day, as well as providing protein, omega-3, vitamins, minerals & other stuff.

For all the use these proprietary colon cleansers are, you might as well shove 'em up your arse!
