    What is the best way to lose stomach fat?

    I have been reading threads all day on finding the best way to lose stomach fat but the problem is there all different suggestions. I want to know the facts on how to lose stomach fat and I if you guys can, can you conclude to the best answer that was posted.

    Seconded...You can't spot reduce. It has to come off as a percentage over the whole body. Some lose more here and others lose more there...But in general you need to eat less than what you need and put your body in a position to burn fat. We usually recommend FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal so you can track your intake and know what your macros are. Keep good fats up and just eat less, but don't starve yourself. What are your stats and what does your current diet look like?

    you realize your stomach is a hollow muscular organ of the gastrointestinal tract involved in digestion...

    sorry, i had to :P it bothers me when people refer to their abdomen as their stomach...

    haha belly fat i can deal with... stomach fat is just annoying though... just my anatomy background coming out i guess... i'll shut up now :P
