Damn! Awesome, W8!![]()
We just wanted to share the amazing progress of one of our clients. When she first came to us her BF was around 30% and her weight was sitting at 163lb. She came to us on the 06/24, but had been following the same nutritional principles DP & I discuss all the time on the board since 06/11.
Her most recent BF test has her at around 25%, weight @ 158, and w/ an increase in LBM! This was all done w/ very minimal cardio (20 min. walks 1-2 times a week)....in fact, she has a Personal Trainer doing her training program, we only develop her nutritional program.
The progress is something to be proud of for sure! Reedom, TeamDPw8 is very proud of your discipline and progress so far!Keep it up...you're on your way to a BBP
Check out the numbers below...because we only had enough sites for a 3-site skinfold reading on her first test, we've used the same 3-site test for consistency in comparison. However, the latest Skinfold readings allow for a 7-site which we've provided as well, for accuracy. If you run the numbers you'll see that she lost 24% of her bodyfat in 7.5 weeks! We used The WeighTrainer, which uses Jackson-Pollock for both the 7- & 3-site test.

Well congratulations Reedom!!!Keep up the hard work and dedication and you'll reach any goal.

We are so proud of her too!
The neat thing is the math, not a 5% drop, but using the three sites......Reedom"s BF fell from 29.4% to 22.3%..... that's a whopping 24% of her BF drop. Using the 7 site versus the 3 site...it's still over 16% of her total BF, GONE!

Did you guys do girth measurements as well? I just don't trust skinfold readings because they can be skewed way too easily...it would be interesting to see those. Is her goal to lose weight or build muscle mass? Or both?
Reedom, keep at it! You should be very proud of your progress so far! Remember it's not a race, it's a marathon for life, and you are well on your way! Congrats![]()

The skinfol readings have been consistent w/ the same trainer. I realize the actual % could be off....but the actual readings are still impressive!
