Cheat meals on my day off...share yours!

So I have been clean now for 7 whole days, nothing but fish, chicken eggwhites and a really really REALLY bad urge to just eat something that actually tasted good.....You know that moment when you are so hungry that you start thinking anout "oh ill be fine, one piece of bacon won't kill me"...."or, I guess coco puffs are good for you since it is a cerial"...Well, I overcame all those urges and been clean, once again for a whole week................Today I ate a big bowl of clam showder...In a few minutes I will be eating a "Big apple" pizza which is really famous around here...and tonight im goin out for sushi....The best part is that all this food comes wiht zero guilt....then its back to usual for 7 more days....How bout u guys?

To be honest I don't usually cheat, last thing you could call cheating was a week ago when I was really hungry and I had just finished my 4th or 5th meal and my mom went to subway to get me a 12 inch with chicken, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and hot pepper.

i've got a little ways to go before i can think about cheating... i've been eating clean for 2 or 3 days now... just started my cut and have been keeping protein and healthy fats high and carbs low while maintaining an over all caloric deficit... i want to deplete my glycogen storage then do a refeed in a few days... my refeeds often turn into full blown cheats though :P either way it's still too early to do either...

When I cheat, I CHEAT! This week I had a great week in terms of dieting (currently cutting) but i'm a PE teacher and the kids were absolutely crazy this week! I am having some low carb/calorie beer with some pizza. I'm also sometimes into sweets so I bought some oatmeal cookies along with some double fudge brownies....sounds awful right!

    ice cream
    hamburgers
    trail mix
    pizza
    taco belll

I usually don't cheat on my food simply because I know come friday and saturday I will be back on my typical college alcohol binge. I wish I could use alcohol as my "carb up" or "refeed" food haha. Yes, I think this is my new diet: Sunday-Thursday = total carb depletion (30g max per day)
Friday/Saturday = Carb up with 300g of carbs each day haha.

Ok, I'm not serious, but I wish it worked like this

Just do like Ben dur said (that's what I do to) calculate it so it fits in your macro so you can eat a little sometimes and it won't mess up your diet...

Darn choc. chip cookies. If I have some control Tostitos and salsa.

Saturday night was chinese night. Although I eat very little noodles and rice and focus on beef, chicken and veggies.

Currently experimenting trying to bake up a healthier replacement.
I too add them into my macros and cut somewhere else.

Month of november did 30 day single component food program.
Absolutely nothing processed, after the 30 days it took me another 30 to look at a piece of broccoli. It is much easier now to make healthier choices than before. It is amazing how giving up crappy food breaks you of those bad habits.
