New Diet Plan, Need Some Tweaking though.

    23years(in march)
    205-210~lbs
    6'2
Lifting Seriously for the last two years atleast
    BF 13%~

    Daily Maintenance Calories: 3000-3200

Got my blood test done today, will have results shortly.

    250mg Test. E./3.5days for 12 weeks
    76mg Tren. E./3.5days for last 8 Weeks
    0.5 Arimidex/ed
2weeks on clen/2weeks off ECA untill the end of PCT.

I have no access to short ester stuff currently. I have ran one cycle of 500mg Test. E./week for 11 weeks before with amazing results put on roughly 40lbs and kept over 20.

PCT will be nolva, 60x0, lean xtreme, ZMA, creatine

Sadly I have no access to HCG.

Heres my diet plan at the moment and you'll see where I need help. Sorry if things arnt lined up right, it changes the words perline when writing a thread to posting it.

    Meal 1: 3 large Eggs, 5 Egg whites. Calories 305, Pro. 33, Fat 15, Carb 0

    Meal 2: 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 1 scoop 100% Egg, 4 strawberrys.
    Cal. 349, Pro. 66, Fat 2, Carb 6 (2fibre)

    Meal 3: 8oz chicken breast. Cal. 260, Pro. 54, Fat 2, Carb 0

Meal 4: Same as meal 2

    Meal 5: 2 Cans of tuna. Cal. 220, Pro. 60, Fat 0, Carb 0

    Total : Cal 1483, Pro 279, Fat 21, Carb 12 (4 Fibre)

Every wednesday and sunday throw in a meal 6
    1.5cups oatmeal, 10oz potato, 6oz banana, 1cup veg, 1 Tablespoon olive oil. Cal 746, Pro 14, Fat 19.5, Carb 150 (14 Fibre)

Obviously 1500 calories a day is way to low when my maintance is 3000 even if i'm on AAS. I'd like to get the first 5 meals up to 500 calories each with a maximum of 50g protein because I'm sure most of you know after this any more is pointless. For the first meal i'm thinking of going with 4 large eggs. What kind of fats can I throw in there to bring my calories up? I'm thinking of getting Flax oil but I'll probably need some other source too. I'm going to try and drink lots of water, 6L a day.

Cardio will be interval training on certain days. I play soccer so that will be my cardio for those days I do.

If anyone would help me get my non carb day calories up to around 2500 I would greatly appreciate it.

Any advice or suggestions would be great thanks.
